Windows Sever 2003/XP Network – Printer Permissions Question

I’m a student administrator helping to run a computer lab of XP Pro machines, with a single 2003 server. We recently dug up some old HP Designpro printers, and we’d like to use them for an AutoCAD class that uses the XP machines. However, we’re running into some trouble, as we’d like to password-protect the printers to prevent kids from printing things for no reason; essentially, we’d like to make it so that an administrator would have to approve any printing job done on these two printers.
