Windows Task Scheduler

I have a vbscript that I use to reboot servers on a weekly basis. I found that when a server is locked the task scheduler service will not run my vbscript. If the server is logged on or logged off my vbscript will work. Has anyone else experienced this problem. I am having no luck finding a solution.
