Windows Terminal Server Disconnection

I have a Windows 2003 Server SP2, All has been working fine for about 8-9 months.

A couple weeks ago i installed a new software package, it requested i update microsoft 1st. I did and now my Terminal server disconnects and i have to restart the server to get it running again.

What i have tried.
1) stop start the service — Nothing
2) under my computer disable remote then restart and enable remote — That seemed to work for about 4 days then it started again.

Please help
