Windows update totally disabled – how to enable

Hi,

One of the servers running on Windows Server 2003 SP2 platform, has its Windows Update completely disabled. I tried downloading manually but with no success. I work here in this company as an IT Admin but I have never came across such problem before with Win XP or Server.

I appreciate if anyone here could help me to resolve this problem.
