Windows Updates for VPN Users

Hi
I am using CISCO VPN Client and I am connecting to my company via vpn.
every after few days I have to update the windows or I have to run the command for WSUS to get the updates. still I cannot get the windows updates properly.

please help me How can i configure my my WSUS and/or Client so I do not have to worry about the update.
