Windows Vista Activation

Hi Guys:

I have been using Windows Vista Ultimate on my PC for almost a year. After I upgrade to Vista SP1 Windows now requires me to activate it again. I try putting in the original CD key but it will not accept it. Can anybody please tell me how to activate my copy of windows vista?
