Windows VPN Issue

So I just started at a new company last week. I am the only IT support. Anyway, they use Windows VPN client to VPN in.

I have a laptop user that could use the VPN with no issues, then it stopped working. I found a few trojan’s on there, cleaned them off, yet I still cannot connect with the VPN and I’ve tried everything I can think of.

I get the “Error 721” Which is a firewall issue, yet the firewall has been completely turned off on the laptop.
