Windows Xp affected by Lovegate Virus

hi, my windows xp professional got affected by newfolder.exe, winhelp.exe, svch0st.exe. i opened a folder i saw foldername.exe in every folder. its icon is same as folder icon. I stopped those process’s and removed some registry entries related to it. Still the problem is not solved. can anyone help me to troubleshoot this virus.
