I want to know if there is a way to create a CD or DVD with Windows XP and Office on it.
Currently it is a painstaking activity as i have to install the Operating System and all of the Software as well as the updates which takes alot of time and effort, not to mention how tedious this is after about 10 installs.
I have heard about Windows Server having a deployment option but dont have a Windows Server (which I am “allowed”. The only thing i can think of with using a server based application is the Ubuntu which i currently use for nagios which monitors our network (when i set it up correctly).
This is why i was wondering if there is a way to make this install of a CD or DVD so all i need to do is insert the Disk and away it goes and then there is only minor updating towards the end for differant users.
Also we do not have a Corporate License of Windows or Office and I am really strict to copyright issues so I would like a way to enter the license details before it installs if possible.
