Windows XP and Windows VISTA…..!

I have a win2k server running apps for my users all 25 user systems are runnig Windows XP PRO and i need to replace 2 whitebox machines running Windows XP PRO in the network with 2 machines running Windows VISTA(becuase they are going to come pre-installed). Will win2k server have any problems identifying the new machines? Anyone please advise!!!
