Windows xp embedded USB trouble

Hello
I have built a windows xp embedded machine using the following hardware.
Arktek H61M (lga 1155) with a 2nd gen i3 cpu. The hard drive has been cloned from the original broken pc.
When I enter the bios the usb keyboard word perfectly and I change the sata settings to IDE and enable legacy.
When windows loads it finds new hardware and starts installing drivers. Once it gets to USB HOST both the USB keyboard and mouse die and don’t work.
Please help if you can.
