Windows xp error logging on network

Hi,
I have a windows xp user, who when they try to logon to the network get the following message: “The local Policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively”.
I never had any issues with this user they are part of a group policy on the network and have the same rights as other users.
Does this pertain to changing something locally on their computer?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
