Windows XP keeps restarting only when connected to internet

Hello all,

I currently work for a Computer repair services company and have ran into an issue where all computers(3) in a woman’s house are restarting ONLY when they are connected to the internet. I searched previous posts but none mentioned anything of this nature. I ran spybot, Ad-aware, and avg. I removed a few instances of spyware, however this did not resolve the issue. I cleared internet cache, removed temporary files ect…still no dice. Anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate it. Thanks!
