Windows xp printer permission on WS2003

I’m having a problem trying to change any of the permissions on the newly add windows XP Mapped printer.
I can map them to the server but when i try the change any thing it’s grayed out and i can’t. On this one in the security tab all the account info is from the XP computer and i can’t even take it over ownership on the server. Or I can change it and i get permission denied. and here i have the permissions from the server and i can take over ownership but i still get permission denied.

I’m running Windows SBS 2003 SP2
XP SP2
