Windows XP Pro – Mouse-Over File Properties

A member of one of our teams asked me an interesting question today, and for once, I was stumped.

Here’s the situation: In the windows explorer, when searching for a document within a folder, one woman’s cursor will display Document Type, Size and Date Modified when placed over an icon. The woman next to her’s cussor will only display Document Type and Size.

How do I configure the 2nd woman’s computer to display the Date Modified of documents on mouse-over?
