Windows XP Service Pack 3

Does anyone know how to turn off the “Windows Update prompt” after installing Service Pack 3? We use nComputing servers that do not have monitors/keyboards/mice attached and after the SP3 install is complete and the machine reboots, rather than reconnecting to the network it prompts the user to say yes/no to turning on windows updates. I would like to turn that off so I can remotely reconnect to the machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
