Windows XP support through 2014

According an article in today’s ComputerWorld, Microsoft will provide [i]extended support[/i] to Windows XP through 8 April 2014:

Windows XP will have [i]mainstream[/i] support until 14 Apr’09. [i]Extended support[/i] includes patches and updates.
