windows xp will not load on my high spec del computer.

Windows hangs on the loading screen. I have run the express test etc. on the system setup options. They point to the fact that my primary hard disk (running on two)has incorrectable data errors. I am aware that dell advise that this is irrepairable but I feel that I must be able to access some of the disk as only a few blocks were thrown up as being bad. I have some files that are not backed up on the hard disk so do not want to jump to buying a new hard disk and starting from scratch. Does anyone know how I might be able to load windows from a usb or cd in order to get to my existing damaged hard drives and see what is recoverable?
