Windows XP Zip Utility Not Registering

My company uses the Windows XP compressed files utility. Currently to use it we need to run rundll32 zipfldr.dll ,RegisterSendto anytime we want to use the the utility. I have tried registering the compressed utility but I get failure errors every time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
