Windows2000 to Windows2003

I am getting ready to replace some older hardware and will be moving from W2k server to Windows2003 server. I already have a couple of 2003 servers in my environment; however, they are not DCs. I will prep my ad and promote one of the 2003 servers to a DC. I want minimal downtime, how would I accomplish this while also maintaining the domain and server naming conventions.
