winfax pro 10 with win xp sp 2

Dear All:

I am facing a critical situation. The problem is that winfax pro 10 does not work with windows xp with sp2. I made win xp system to winfax pro host & when I make a client to other system with this win xp sp2 system Error occurred ” RPC server is not available”. I did try everything with symantec support and other resources but still fail. Does any body have the solution of this problem so please give me a advise with your great experience.
