winfax pro 10.0

I am installing a Symantec Winfax pro 10.0 on win98se and sending and receiving is fine.

I have configure for the host sharing.
My client is running Win98se, i installed this program and when it comes to sharing to my host, the message appear RPC is unavailable. why???
