WinFax Pro

Hello,
I’m unable to send fax using winfax pro client to the winfax pro server/out by using normal user in active directory. I’m only able to send them by using an Administrator account. Any idea ?
The error only said that winfax pro can’t open/create folder. It doesn’t mention where the location of the folder will be create or accessed.
