WinME and Mandrake Linux

I recently tried to install Mandrake onto my system. I used partition commander to partition the drive. The installation went just fine, but when it came time to boot, only Mandrake would boot, WinMe wouldn’t boot. I tried to restore the MBR and that just seemed to make things worse. Only solution was to reinstall WinME and try again. Still did not work. Any ideas…
