WinME virus in c:\_Restore\Archive

McAfee anti-virus ver 6.0 was just installed and it found a virus in c:\_Restore\Archive\FS710.CAB
It is W32/Klez.h@MM and it cannot be deleted or quarantined by McAfee because it is write-protected. I have used attrib -r -a -h -s to allow it to be deleted but it does not change the file properties so it can be handled by McAfee in or out of Safe Mode. The .CAB file is over 1 year old. Norton’s 2003 did not even know it was there. Any help is appreciated. I am bottled up with no ideas.
