WINS

i`m new in implementing WINS ,i want to clear my concept for implementing WINS .we are running 3 servers with 1 PDC & 2 BDC ,WINS have same IP address as the local PDC ,
1)is it necessary that WINS should`ve same IP address as the server has,on which it is implemented bcuz i want to install sec wins where i should install it on sama PDC or on any other BDC.
2)is it necessary to mention wins address manually on client comp under tcp/ip properties or like DHCP it is automatically resolved.
