Wins-like function in Novell?

Is there a WINS-like function that runs in a Novell environment? We have a few Windows 2000 servers in a workgroup environement. We are Novell for the server OS? Or, alternatively, can you run a WINS server in a workgroup environment? Right now, I have no way of resolving workstation machine names with IP addresses except scrolling through the DHCP server.
