Hey folks,
I’ve an active server in use 24/7 that i inherited. The primary partition is tiny and filling fast. It has bootable C: and non-bootable D: logical drives, which are both on the same physical RAID-5 array of 3 disks.
C: is nearly full. I need to borrow some space from D:. Soon.
I’m looking for anyone with first-hand, personal experience resizing a production Windows server’s boot part. I know there’s a lot of competing partition software out there; i’ve read about them myself. What stands the best chance of getting this done, safely, and within a single night’s maintenance window, and with no file corruption or partition destruction lurking around the corner?
