winsock error

resetting winsock giving error : netsh winsock reset error:
the application has failed to start because mswsock.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.
able to surf internet no issue with networking but i am using a server client software in my cyber cafe to track all customer details and due to this winsock systems are not connecting to server
