WinXp To Win9x networkong

I have a win 98 and winXp computer which both contain belkin wireless network cards, I would like to share a printer from one and a internet connection from the other, is it possible to network theses two computers. I have attempted to run the network wizzard on the computer running windowsXP without success. The computers do not run throught another network.
