winXPpro always crash in XP tour

The computer always crashes when I run the XP animated tour. Sometimes I can send error report to Microsoft sometimes can’t. Automated reply said that there is a device conflict (but how to find out which device?, graphic card?). I change the graphic card from another computer (same graphic card) but the problem persist. Only install 2 PCI card in the computer Ethernet card and VGA card, and i have tried to change them both.

The system also seems to be very prone to crashes in 1074 x 768 mode especially in IE. Main usage is for business purpose only

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
