Wireless Cellular Data Cards for Laptops to Web connect

I taking my business on the road full time in a MotorHome and want a wireless network in the RV. I don’t want to use sattelite web access or depend on wireless hotspots, so I think getting a wireless cellular data card for my laptop is the way to go. I prefer to use T-Mobile since it seems to have the best coverage for me.

I have two laptop computers. I want to be able to connect both of them to the web. Can I add a wireless cellular data card to one of them and set up a wireless network between the two laptops so both can access the web through the one data card? How do I do it? What products do I need?
