wireless connection

hi there !!i was trying to connect my laptop with A NETGEAR CARD wirelessly to my belkin router and i manage to connect it,but it says no signal or if it says excellent signal and try to log on the internet ,the web page stand still not open the web page .what’s happening ? is there someone who can help me.?thanks saliou
