wireless connection

I am currently a student who shares a house with 7 other people. We have a Belkin wireless router with time warner roadrunner service. I am the only person in my house with a desktop, and I have a Belkin wireless USB port to connect to the internet. There are frequent disconnections throughout the house, but I am the only one who consistently gets kicked off EVERY 2 minutes so it’s impossible for me to stay online. I’ve tried talking to Belkin and they are no help; I dont know whether it’s my computer, my USB port, or our router. Can somone help with this?
