wireless connection for all users

I have a XP prof. laptop Centrino M. I created a wireless connection to my access point which is using WEP key. Works fine, when I log into the computer using another user account I see the wireless connection but it will not give me a conection. both users have Admin rights to the laptop. Why can’t both users get a connection? only the user that created the connection has wireless connection when he is logged in? ?
