Wireless Connectivity Issues

I’m trying to add two new computers at work which both have built in wireless cards. They both detect the avialable network but when trying to connect I recieve an error stating that the computer was denied the association/ access to the network. It’s not a WEP issue at the moment.

Any ideas as to what could be blocking the “association” or access? Firewall? Password restricted protection software?

I don’t know and they don’t seem to remember what they did to set up the 1st wireless computer.
