Wireless creep

I have a person who has been calling my home phone using their cell phone and hanging up. I used Intelius to do a reverse cell phone look up but it only gave me the persons first name and zip code. How can I find out the persons full name so that I can report them to the police. I have been dealing with this for months now and I am geeting scared. Does any one have any tips on how to find out who this creep is. Please help
