Wireless Extender with Hub?

I have a wireless router downstairs and I need to have a wireless hub and extender upstairs. There are no telephone or cable wires upstairs and wireless is the only option.

Is there a way for me to have an extender with a wireless hub so that I can also connect my Vonage phone to it?

Is there such a think and is it even possible?
