Wireless help me please

I am using a Linksys USB wifi adapter on my computer to acces my neighbors internet with permission. but i cant reach the signal with my psp which i use for online gaming. i have a d link router and a linksys pci ethernet adapter. can i somehow output the internet to the d link router using the wifi from my neighbor to get a stronger signal?
