Wireless Internet trouble

My wireless internet (which was recently working fine) is now telling me that its connected, with near perfect signal, but when i try opening an internet browser or any internet program it says its not connected to the internet. I am completely baffled as to what the problem is. I ran a diagnostic test, the interupt test and loopback tests failed, they said something about the NDIS driver. I looked into it and saw my computer does not have those drivers installed, maybe thats the problem? Does anybody have advice on solving this problem with my computer? Any help is appreciated
