Wireless LAN

very basic question…I have 15 PCs running various windows OSs. I have ordered a Dell Server to set up a LAN. The machine will come with Windows Server 2008 already installed. I want the 15 PCs to access the server. They have access to the internet already via existing campus wide wireless network (there are hotspots already in the buildings the computers are located). My question is what is the best way to configure the server I ordered so that the 15 PCs can access it wirelessly (it will be used primarly as a FTP and webserver)? Do I need to creat a “static network” by connecting everything via LAN cables?
