Please help!
My network is using wireless, I have windows ME in the laptop in my department(4.90.3000), I use linksys as my network PC card for my wireless access.
the wireless pc card loaded perfectly fine under the device manager, and I also updated most current driver from linksys website, the wireless pc card won’t be able to bond to TCP/IP,(no this item shown under the network properties) thus, I won’t be able to enter any entry to configure my network properties, because of that, I won’t be able to get into internet. any other part of the configuration is fine. my network is configured as workgroup, no domain is involved.
The” File and printer sharing for Microsoft Networks” is checked.(loaded). Any other Windows 98 laptops and PCs wireless in the same workgroup are working fine in our department
My access point connected to the Lan is working fine without problem.
