Wireless Network

Hi, i need help in choosing the right equipment for setting up network for 10 laptops and 2-3 desktop computers. All the computers will be in one room, laptops must be connected with wireless, desktops with cat5e cables and all must have internet connection. Can i do the job with one router like Linksys WRT54G connected to server PC with SBS2003?
