wireless networks

I have a contractor that uses a winxp pc that needs to access our small windows server 2003 domain network. Our PCs connect via WAP but a printer is connected to the network via a wired jetdirect card.

The contractor’s pc is capable of connecting via wireless connection and would like to connect to the printer. Since the printer doesn’t have a wireless connection and I am trying to limit a contractor access to the domain server, how limited the permissions should he have access to on our network in order to merely print to a single printer? What would the exact permissions be for his user account?
