Wireless Not Connecting

We have a laptop that was able to connect to wireless just fine. The user went to Morocco and cannot connect to any Wireless router. The error is “invalid IP address 0.0.0.0”. I know this is vague but I am not able to see the laptop due to it being in Rabat.
