Wireless + Cable Network

I have a laptop that is currently connected via cable RJ45 for purposes of sharing an internet connection. I also have a wireless network from which I share resources i.e. printers, inhouse application etc…

I am forced to swap each time I need different network resources as both connections can’t work at the same time.

Is there a way out?
