Wireless Printer Problem-Connected to router

RecentlyN network admin was working on our server but gone vacation for 6 weeks. My printer installed on my computer is not working. All docs is in ques.
Here’s what i’ve done ;cancelled the ques docs, run a test page from printers and other test from different program. restart the pc and printer nothing works. this peinter was shared but othe user can not print. we have router but not have enough knowledge US Robotics. Any ideas? much appreciated!
