WIreless Printing

I recently upgraded my Internet to ATT U Verse and while it is a great service, I am not able to connect my wireless printer. Tech support is about as slow as CHristmas and I really believe I do not have all the info I need. The tech said I was WPA/wpa-2_PSK. Any ideas
