Wireless Router and VPN connectivity issue

I just purchased an Airlink 101 wireless router, it works fine – I can get to the Internet ok. However, when I try to access my company thru the VPN (Nortel Contivity)- I cant get it to connect. Once I disconnect the router, everything works….
Help!!
