Wireless Server Login

Anyone got any ideas or opensource (free) software that will prompt for wireless login?

Goal: Wireless WAPS (not WEP OR WPA encrypted)in industry on separate network that have Gateway of server that prompts for password before allowing the client to move to net. Don’t really want a proxy. Basically a hot spot that allows connection and stops for password. Then allows the client a “session” to the net…
